Privacy policy

What LAUNCHAINLY, SLU (“Launchleanly”, “we”, “us”) does with information you give us on launchleanly.com, or when you book a call or hire us.

1. Who we are

LAUNCHAINLY, SLU is an Andorran company (NRT L-721910A-A). Registered address: Av. de les Nacions Unides, 40, AD700 Andorra la Vella, Andorra. We are the controller.

2. Information we collect

You give us:

  • Name, email, company, and a message on the contact form.
  • Name, email, optional company, and a one-line note on what you use today when you book a 30-minute fit call. We also store the slot and the Google Meet link.
  • Briefs, logins, and data samples if we take the work. Company name, address, and tax IDs when we invoice.

We collect automatically:

  • Country, so we can show dollars and US privacy wording. Cloudflare gives us that; it sits in your browser as ll-region.
  • If you accept analytics cookies: pages you open, clicks, referrer, device and browser, rough location from IP, and a recording of the session. That is PostHog. See the cookie policy.

No bought lists and no chat bot.

3. How we use it

  • Reply to enquiries and work out whether a build is worth it for you.
  • Book the call, send the invite and reminder, and hold the Meet link.
  • Do the work if you become a client: delivery, scheduling, invoicing.
  • Keep the site up, fix it, and see where people drop off (only if you accepted analytics).
  • Meet tax and accounting rules in Andorra.

No marketing email from this site. Booking a call is not a newsletter signup.

4. Legal bases (UK / EEA / Andorra)

Where UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or Andorra’s LQPD applies:

  • Contract, or steps before a contract: the form, the booking, and any work that follows.
  • Legitimate interests: answering you, running and securing the site, showing the right regional copy, and keeping a short record of enquiries.
  • Consent: analytics cookies and session recording. Withdraw it from Cookie settings in the footer.
  • Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and anything a court or regulator can require.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We pass it only to people who need it to run this:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, sends booking emails, and stores booking rows.
  • Google: Calendar, Meet, and the Workspace inbox that gets enquiries and invites.
  • Web3Forms delivers the contact form.
  • PostHog (EU cloud), if you accepted analytics.
  • A designer or engineer on your project, when we have to share a name or email to do the work.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it, or a buyer if the company is sold, under the same rules as now.

6. International transfers

We are in Andorra. Cloudflare and Google may process data in the US and other countries. PostHog for this site is on the EU cloud. Web3Forms is a US service.

When we send personal data out of Andorra, the UK, or the EEA, we use an adequacy decision where one exists, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework if the provider is certified, or standard contractual clauses plus a look at the risks of that transfer. Ask matthew@launchleanly.com for the current list.

7. How long we keep it

  • Contact form enquiries: up to 24 months after the last message.
  • Bookings: the appointment, then up to 24 months after the call. Tax or a dispute can keep a record on the client file for up to 7 years.
  • Client files and invoices: for the job, then up to 7 years.
  • Analytics: whatever PostHog keeps on our plan (currently one year).

When we no longer need a record we delete it or strip it so it cannot identify you.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you can ask to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict it, object to our using it, or take a copy of what you gave us. You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time. That does not undo processing we already did.

Email matthew@launchleanly.com. We may need to confirm who you are. We reply within one month.

You can complain to the Andorran data authority, the APDA; to the UK ICO if you are in the UK; or to your local authority in the EEA. In California you can ask what we collected, ask us to delete it, and opt out of a sale. We do not sell personal information.

9. Automated decisions

Nothing automated decides whether we take you on or book you. Country detection only switches copy (currency, spelling, CCPA vs GDPR). A person reads every enquiry and every booking.

10. Security

Access is limited, the site runs on Cloudflare, and booking mail goes out over TLS. A leak is still possible. If something breaks we will tell the people it affects when the law says we must.

11. Children

This site is for people running a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

12. Other sites

LinkedIn, client sites, and the rest are theirs. Their policies apply there.

13. Changes

When the facts change, this page and the date at the top change. A big change, we say so on the site or by email if we have it.
