1. What we mean by cookies

Small files a site can put on your device. Here that also means local storage.

2. What we use them for

Keep the site working, remember your cookie choice and whether to show UK or US copy, and, if you accept, see how people move through the site.

3. Your choice

Analytics cookies only go on after Accept. Strictly necessary storage is always on. One switch: analytics on or off. We have no marketing cookies to split out.

4. What we set

Strictly necessary: always on.

• Your Accept or Reject choice, stored by PostHog so the banner does not keep asking.
• ll-region in local storage (us or default), so US visitors see dollars and CCPA wording. Set from our /api/geo lookup (country only). Clear it in the browser if you want.

Analytics: only after Accept. PostHog, on their EU cloud.

• Page views, clicks, and the path through the site.
• A recording of the session (mouse, scroll, what you tap), so we can see where people get stuck. Not for ads.
• A booking_completed event if you finish booking a call. Slot time only, not the Meet link.

PostHog names its cookies ph_*. Their policy is at posthog.com/privacy.

Marketing: none.

5. Third parties

PostHog is the only third party that sets analytics cookies here. Cloudflare and Google see what they need to host the page, send mail, and run Calendar. Not for ads.

6. Changing your mind

Cookie settings in the footer, or block or delete cookies in the browser. Block everything and the booking form can break. Reject analytics and it will not.

7. Do Not Track

Browsers do not agree on what that signal means, so we ignore it. We follow the banner.

8. Changes

If we add a tool that sets cookies, this page and the date at the top change.
